(3) A letter of online processing commitment；

(4) Other documents that could be required.

If you have entered or resided in China with other types of visa or residence permits， the necessary documents are:
持其他签证或有效居留证件已入境人员所需材料：
(1) Application Form for Foreigners Work Permit; 外国人来华工作许可申请表。
(2) Passport or international travel certificate: information page of the passport or of the international travel certificate. The valid period of the passport shall be no less than six months.
申请人护照或国际旅行证件护照或国际旅行证件信息页。护照有效期不得少于6个月。
(3) Valid visa or residence permit: visa page, latest entry signature page, or the information page of the residence permit of the passport (or of the international travel certificate)
申请人所持有效签证或有效居留许可。护照(或国际旅行证件)签证页、入境签章页或居留许可信息页。
(4) Employment contract: the submitted contract shall be in Chinese, signed by the applicant and stamped by the employer. No handwritten alteration is allowed. The employment contract shall contain such essential information as work place, job responsibilities, payment, work duration in China, and position, and page of seal (signature).
聘用合同。应提供中文合同，应由申请人签名并加盖单位公章，不得涂改。
聘用合同应当包括工作地点、工作内容、薪酬、来华工作时间、职位、盖章页(签字)必要内容。
(5) Certificate of physical examination: A certificate of verification on physical examination record for foreigners or a certificate of health examination issued within six months shall be provided.
体检证明。由中国检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书,签发时间均在6个月内。
(6) Certificate of post-doctoral researcher registration;

(7) The highest degree (academic qualification) certificate: If the highest degree (qualification) is issued by a foreign university, it shall be certified by a Chinese embassy or consulate in the related country, that country's embassy or consulate in China, or a Chinese academic certification institution; if the highest degree (qualification) is issued in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, it shall be certified by a Chinese academic certification institution or notarized by the local notary office; if the highest degree (qualification) is issued in China's mainland, only the original degree (qualification) certificate shall be provided.
最高学位(学历)证书或相关批准文书、职业资格证明最高学位(学历)证书。最高学位(学历)证书在国外获得的，应经我驻外使、领馆或由申请人获得学位(学历)所在国驻华使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证。最高学位(学历)证书在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区获得的，应经我国学历认证机构认证或经所在地区公证机构公证。最高学位(学历)证书在中国境内获得的，仅提供学历(学位)证书原件。
